About

I have been working in the change management and implementation space for several years. 

My career started in the health service where I worked in microbiology and gained my BSc and MSc in Applied Biomedical Science. From there I moved to a multinational healthcare company where I spent a decade supporting customers and teams. 

I am always excited to talk about the people side of projects and how they can best be supported through changing environments and processes. My approach is that of applied implementation and change management which is a very practical approach; no fluff, thank you! 

I live in Brighton and enjoy the space here- there is never a dull moment and I love that about it.
